Young Women wishing to compete for Miss Greater Ventura County or Miss Greater Ventura County's Outstanding Teen Scholarships are required to complete the following forms at the links below.

Forms for Miss Contestants: (Must be 17 years old and a senior in high school at the time you 1st compete in this year's local competition and must not have reached your 25th birthday as of September 30th in the year you wish to compete in the national finals of the Miss America Pageant.)
